We had some amazing meals together! We were so busy
enjoying them, that we didn't pause to take any photographs.
We did manage a shot of these squash blossoms fresh from Cathy's
garden. Ultimately, they were dipped in a tempura-style
batter and deep fried. Absolutely delicious and something we
can't get at home. Nothing is better than what Lindy calls,
"Italian caviar" - a rare, delicious seasonal treat!
