Our final treat at the Zoo, a Common Squirrel Monkey that we think is so uncommon (we've never seen one)!  It too is from South America.

These fast-moving monkeys are Black-Handed Spider Monkeys.  They are found in Central and South America.  Their presence as well as that of so many different animals attests to the Singapore Zoo's commitment to animal diversity and preservation.

This creature with the amazing horns is a Nubian Ibex.  It's a desert dwelling animal that lives in northern Africa and the Middle East.

This a beautiful White Tiger.  These animals live about 10 to 15 years in the wild (16 to 20 years under human care).

What an adorable face?!

The Orangutans have just about finished their breakfast.

After we all enjoyed some breakfast (ours was delicious) we were allowed to get even closer and have a photgraph taken with these gentle creatures.

We've just been seated at Ah Meng Restaurant at the Zoo and the Orangutans are joining us.  This is a mother and her baby.
