The famous Clock Tower on the Kowloon Peninsula in Hong Kong.  It was declared a monument in 1990.

We're now approaching the Central Pier on Hong Kong Island.

Again, we're looking at Hong Kong Island.  The UBS building is the second tallest building on the island.  The tallest building is the International Commerce Centre.

Here's a view looking back to Kowloon where we boarded the Ferry.  The key building in this photograph of the AIA Tower (formerly the AIG Tower).

Here in the center of the photograph is the Hong Kong Opera House.  It's not that different from the Sydney Opera House.

Now here's a view of Hong Kong; isn't it stunning!

We're on the Star Ferry heading away from the Kowloon Peninsula.  Across from us is another Star Ferry and we're looking at Hong Kong island.

Our final photograph from the Hong Kong Museum of History....  This is a factory where inexpensive clothing and other sewn goods were manufactured.  Again, this is long gone to be replaced by upscale designer stores as well as expensive tailors.

Least we forget, Hong Kong was once known for its cheap plastics industry.  Oh how times have changed!
