These two Elephants are in water so dep that their trunks become snorkels.

The Chobe hosts a very large number of Elephants.  This individual is enjoying a refreshing walk in the river.  It's total body is wet so it went in much deeper at some earlier time.

Our first afternoon safari begins with seeing these Giraffe

These nine gentlemen took care of our needs - everything from driving us on safari, to preparing meals, to heating water for our bucket shower, to maintaining the compound, etc., etc.  A great team!

This is the area where we could hang our clothes and there's a vanity with a pitcher and basin at the rear of the tent.

This is a bucket shower.  The "bucket" is filled with heated water and then lowered into the tent.  You can ask for a hot shower at any time.  Then, you pull the cord on the bucket to release the water as needed.
