We're at Damaraland Camp with Abner, our Ranger/Tracker.  Tomorrow we'll spend the entire day exploring the area.

This is the area where outdoor barbeques or brais are held; it's very festive.  We'll enjoy dinner here this evening.

The main camp building is an open plan that gives you views from all directions.  As you can see, you can look right through to the other side of the compound.

Our trusty Duster under an awning at Fontein Pos, the place where you are met and taken to Damaraland Camp.  Even though we have a 4WD, no guests are allowed to self-drive to the camp.   A local resident lives nearby and watches out for the vehicles.
