This evening we had a lovely brai - an outdoor barbeque - served amongst the trees using lanterns for light.  The setting was beautiful and the meal was delicious.

One afternoon we spotted this Turtle enjoying a sunbath on a log.

We were able to photograph this lovely Red-billed Hornbill just off our veranda.

This lovely bird is a Green Wood Hoopoe.  This was our first time to see and photograph this bird and it was all done from our lovely abode.

This veranda is so huge!  It's also amazingly private and offers any type of seating you could want.

This is the lovely (and again, spacious) bath/shower area with brilliant natural lighting.

You can see the floor-to-ceiling windows which provide amazing views of the Marico River.  The desk in the left corner turned out to an ideal place for our laptop so that we could download our photographs each afternoon.
