In the lower right, a dark ocean liner surges into the sea with a cut-away on the hull. Above and overlapping the ship is a frog, drawn as from nature except for a window in its back which looks down on a trashed automobile by the road. Here the striking contrasts of nature and industrialism are the focus. The center of the painting contains images of moving water along with three erotic scenes. The upper right corner has a superimposed image showing a bandaged hand reaching out through prison bars with a flower falling from its grip. Again, Wojnarowicz depicts water as wrapping around all these images. The only free-moving items in the water are sperm as depicted in the lower left of the picture. A very conflicted and tumultous vision of water.
