We saw an amazing variety of game at Sanctuary Makanyane in addition to the "Big Five". Some were "firsts" for us - meaning it was the first time we had the pleasure of seeing a particular animal or bird. How about seeing a Serval during the daylight?! An amazing treat!! Also, we were lucky enough to find and photograph a pack of Wild Dogs. Always a pleasure! In addition, we enjoyed the beauty of the Madikwe Reserve. The terrain varies tremendously throughout the reserve so you encounter many different settings. Click on the first image to begin.
